What is Brainspotting

Brainspotting locates points in your visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. Where we look affects how we feel.

How is Brainspotting different?

Brainspotting uses relational attunement and your field vision to access your brain’s self-scanning and self-healing capabilities. There is little or no requirement to talk through your issue, which avoids retraumatization. This is a gentle and nurturing way of accessing and healing deep issues.

When is Brainspotting right for me?

Do you have a recurring issue you can't seem to solve? Like a recurring pattern, even in a different environment or with a different person? Or is there an upset you can't seem to shake? Perhaps its a concern you've already done a lot of self-reflection / work on, but it's not quite where you'd like it to me. Brainspotting can help with all of these.
