Music for your Brainspotting session
Brainspotting can be enhanced by including BiLateral sounds. This is the option to listen to some gentle sounds, very softly, while doing the session.
This is best done on an independent device e.g. via your phone with headphones to listen to the sounds just loud enough to hear. Wired headphones are recommended and you will need to use both the left and right sides. The idea is to have them playing in a repeating loop in the background.
How to access the Bilateral Sounds
Here are 4 different ways you can access the sounds:
Paid Spotify account
If you have a paid Spotify account (the unpaid version has adverts which will be distracting), please access the following playlist.

YouTube Music
You can use YouTube Music

Google Drive
I have saved the playlist in Google Drive

Dropbox
The playlist has also been saved to Dropbox
-> The Google Drive and Dropbox link options might require the files to be downloaded to your device to work correctly.
If you are choosing to use the Bilateral Sounds, please test it is working before your session.
Having the sounds is not necessary and will not impact the quality of your session. If this is not working for you, simply leave it and don't let it create any unnecessary stress or upset.
